Been going there since it open, the owner is helpful and nice , they keep it clean , just got to know when to go so you won’t get caught when it busy , do keep a timer on so others can use it.

Sorry you had that experience. Rudeness and not having someone to assist you is not acceptable, but she needed to step out. We will definitely speak with her about being rude. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.(Update 9:45am) After speaking with the employee to see what happened. She said she just had one customer with an issue changing quarters, but she did not complain other then about the change. Not sure if this is you. No one else came in looking for help as she had left someone watching the counter. Reviewing the camera footage she stepped out at 7:50am and returned at 8:14am leaving the laundry for 24min. The person with the change issue arrived at 7:48am loaded some cloth, stepped out, returned loaded more cloth went to get change at 7:55am and started to wash all her cloth at 7:57am. Employee returned and assisted customer at 8:14am . Customer steeped out till 8:31am. Her washers stopped at 8:28am. Put cloth to dry at 8:33AM and steeped out till 8:54am. Finished 8:58am
The washing machines have different prices. It depends on the size you use. The dryers are .25 for 8 minutes.
The cost is 95 cents per pound.
Yes you may. We are open from 7 am to 11 pm. Last wash is at 10pm
