The first time we took our laundry here it was amazing. Clothes folded nicely and everything smelled wonderful. 2nd trip 1 bag nicely folded clothes on hangers next bag socks and underware not folded at all and the rest folded sloppily. The 3rd and last trip they raised the price , used the wrong laundry detergent (one I'm allergic to) no nice smell, wires in bras bent, delicates shrunk and high heat damage, socks missing, clothes haphazardly folded and just thrown in the bag. The bill went from $38 to $60 and all they said when my husband said something was new employees! No we will redo it or our money back.This wash and fold service is not only bad and expensive but it is also a health hazard as I got hives from the detergent they used instead of the one they were instructed to use. Very bad business with no concern for customers.

Always busy but clean and organized and any "Out of Service" machines labeled as such. A nice refresh and painted murals.

Spin City on Wilson has hard working employees. This location is big and has a huge parking lot.The machines are clean and most are in working condition. The wash starts at $2.75 and last wash is a 8:30pm. They have bathrooms but they are not my favorite.
