Went in to my local BK shortly before 4 PM to take advantage of the advertised 2 for $5 promo. The restaurant was shorthanded, only 2 employees working. I could hear them talking about someone who called and said they were actually going to be on time (another employee did show up at 4). The front end employee was very busy, and could not take my order for 2-3 minutes. Not a huge problem, but symptomatic of being understaffed. My total sounded wrong. The front end employee advised me that the promo was 2 for $6. I advised her to have management double check their advertising, since i had seen TV ads saying 2 for $5. When i went to get my drink, there were no diet sodas available on the soda machine at all, so i got tea (i am type 2 diabetic and should not drink regular soda; luckily i like tea). I advised the employee of this; she said that the diet selections were on the machine behind the counter, and she would be happy to get me whatever i wanted. This doesn't make much sense, and places a further burden on already stressed employees. (I got a Coke Zero when i finished my tea). All the selections should be available on the soda machine out front. This appears to be a conscious decision on someone's part. The food was fine and the order came up in a reasonable amount of time. The Big Fish is smaller than it used to be- it is about the same as a McD's Filet of Fish (thankfully, no cheese). Someone who ordered before i came in complained about the length of time to get his order- it was sitting under the heat lamp. Somehow it got missed. He requested it be made anew, which was a waste of money. Someone else had to come back in to get the frozen lemonades which were forgotten on their order. It seemed that things were chaotic due to understaffing- certainly not the employees' fault. This was the Jackson/Martell, CA location. I will not be hurrying back.

Took forever to give us our food and we were the only ones there and I got my chicken sandwich and it’s was dripping of grease

I stopped by at lunchtime today. The wait was longer than usual, but that wasn’t the problem. Along with my order, I asked for a large vanilla cone. When the drink was handed to me, I figured out she heard Coke, not cone. However, when I tried to explain to her, her attitude was really bad. No smile, or acknowledgement.

Very disappointed can't even get an order right what part of chicken nuggets do you get a cheeseburger along with an attitude from a guy who cannot take an order. Most disgusting experience ever
