One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. It was a mess inside the store extremely unorganized. Picked out 6 individual packs of pokemon there was no sign saying you could only take 2. Was not told I could only take two by near by workers. Got in line after browsing through rest of target and was pulled out of check out by a worker who said I couldn’t purchase those in regular check out. But instead insisted I must pay for them in returns and exchanges. Even though there were other people purchasing Pokémon in the same line. I was the only one told to go purchase and check out in returns. Which have a very long line and added almost half an hour to my shop stay. Once I finally got to the front of the line and handed the cashier my Pokémon. She picked two randomly out through the rest to the side and said I could only take two. When I asked why she said there was a sign even though there wasn’t and was incredibly rude. I understand limiting purchases on the big boxes because those are collector sets and people may try to resell them. I even understand limiting the single packs to 10 an individual but I was purchasing six individual packs and made to feel like I was stealing. Other people were buying Pokémon in the regular checkout line but I was forced to go to the returns and exchanges. Never had this happen at my hometown target and hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Worst shopping experience won’t be back to this target.
