This store is a complete joke. I keep trying to give them a chance once every few months and its just bad service and bad food every time. Im officially done with this place. If your in willows taco bell is a thousand tikes faster and better service.

Wanted to get a couple of shakes but we were told they couldn't make any. Ordered two soft drinks but when we got to the window we were told that they were out of ice!!

Long line. Short staffed, but despite all the Karen's kid held himself straight and professionally. Was just himself and two others, 1 from Chico other from Orland. His co-workers had called off leaving him alone for the night shift. Stayed to talk to them later, extremely nice!!

Place is great ! They don't have much workers but their doing it. They offen forget to give me my drinks and sauce but still love them
