We just drove through and decide not to stay.. it was a very depressed area and the rv park looked more like a mobile home park.

The sites were level and had full hook up. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly. It was convenient and easy to get to right off i40. No scenery but a decent over night for $30. Most campers were locals working in the area. I was there in December and needed to overnight before heading into Flagstaff.

Here for a few weeks. Literally right down the street from Snowflake, when we left it was snowing. By the time we arrived here it was sunny skies. Happy to be here. There's places to do laundry, get water, free cable, bring your own wifi, propane, Subway, lots of walking area. People are friendly. We're staying for a month while winter is still in the east.

It isnt necessary, but there is a slight chance they could be full.
Not positive but think its $12.00 a night power and septic.
Monthly rate is 325 per month. This includes water and cable.
