I ordered sausage but given bacon. I ordered biscuit but was given toast. I was very displeased that drink refills are not given without being charged the full price of the initial drink.

I never leave reviews but this place was the worst. I was told my food would be ready in 30 mins so I arrived 40 mins later and my food still wasn’t ready and said it would be another 20 mins. But what made me leave without getting my food was the older bald head black lady that answer the phone and her attitude as if I’m wrong for feeling some type of way because she never even put my order in. I will never leave the beach again to come to this place. And another thing this place is extremely to loud. People yelling nonstop. How you supposed to enjoy your food smh

On my recent visit I seen notice signs informing customers of the covid protocol. There's a sign on the door making customers aware that if you're not in compliance with Covid rules, you will be denied entry. Btw they have some amazing food. I recommend the salmon patties..DELICIOUS
I work for a company that doesn't answer the phones either not even for their employees. I've been in there and it does get busy. You can go in there and order. That will probably be your best bet.

Wow!! I'm surprised. Even though the first visit I felt a little out of place in the beginning, being the only white person there. They came over to me an spoke to me an was very polite, an well mannered took my order not to long after I sat down. Other worker's even came over an spoke to me and welcomed me. So I guess the only thing I could think of is they are human's an we all have bad day's. DON'T count them out they have amazing food and staff. One of my favorite places to eat at when I come to Miami.
Good question sometimes they are open when they say they are but you just have to call to find out when they are open or close
