I will be totally honest, worst Pollo Tropical I've been to. Since I ordered my meal on the app, I cannot really review my order as it is taped up. That being said, this Pollo Tropical locked it's doors before closing, meaning I could not pick it up inside, but through the drive-thru. As there were other customers behind me, I could not check to make sure it was correct; therefore, I was forced to trust that my food was as ordered. Arriving home, my fears came true. They got my order wrong in so many ways that I don't think it counts as the same order. They did not give me the BBQ sauce I ordered, nor the Dulce de Leche Cheesecake I paid for; instead, they only gave me cilantro garlic, and Key Lime Pie (does not taste nice). The main platter itself was good, but they didn’t respond to my request to charge more for extra bread rolls. After coming off a near 11-hour shift at work, the least I expected was as much effort I would put in if I was in their position. I have never felt so inclined to write a negative review in my life. Do not order here at night.

Every day they throw less rice, less food and quite expensive to pay for so little! It reminds me of the amount of rice they serve that they gave in Cuba in the schools to the countryside! The amount is miserable and sometimes soggy! It has lost quality and quantity as well and if you buy the Wings that they advertise on TV, it's misleading I bought them and they look like Quail or Bird Wings, tight and very expensive x 6 wings The fries are the same 6 chips the amounts they are serving are miserable and between what it costs, the cups and the delivery it is preferable to cook or go to a restaurant

If you order drive thru or delivery, you’ll never get the sauces or even the dressings that the salads are supposed to come with! 😩 not even a napkin! I’ve gone a few times too many to this location & and even a few others ones in the area only to see that food is either wrong or incomplete. Best thing to do is to go inside to be able to fix the problem on the spot with them before leaving because otherwise you’ll probably get disappointed with your order here. Does pollo tropical care at all about giving good service at all? Fast food or not, we’re still spending money here yet can’t get what’s asked for or even supposed to come with.
