It needs cleaning and maintenance. Strong smell of garbage at the bottom of the park.

Quite a quiet place to live, mobile home space rental prices are pretty good for the time and years of trailers here, no new or double space trailers, generally small spaces and little parking space, The area has changed a lot for the better, crime and violence have gone down, I recommend it to live quietly if you are lucky enough to buy or get an available piece of land. 💯👣

After 6 month living here I can say is very quite around here..nice people..no fights..yellings......or cars and people making noise...is a very busy area cause there are too many business around here...the streets inside the park needs some work.
