Review Time

From working at Starbucks and ordering Starbucks for many years I know how to make the drinks CORRECTLY. Small white guy with shaved head needs to be taught how to make drinks, my cappuccino with an add shot is watery from you not blending the shot LIKE it is supposed to be done. I did not ask for a floating shot. I even told him my drink is wrong and he argues about it. Not only is the shot expired and making the drink taste harsh it is not what I ordered. Update** called the store and Hilary offered me a free drink to make up for this. Much APPRECIATED!

It took me a minute to post this because this was two days ago and it happened to my mom. She went to this location two days ago and she ordered banana nut bread around 12 o-clock there was a finger Nail in her bread. I asked her why she didn't take a picture she spit it out in her hand and tossed it in the road she was so grossed out that she wasn't even thinking of it at the time. She wanted to call but was too mad and disgusted. This really happened so don't make it out to be untrue or offer sorry just make sure you fix this issue cause it could be a lot worse. though my mom probably won't be going back to your location because of this.

We went there to get a specific tea that the only had 1 of the 4 necessary ingredients for. Though the cashier was nice and offered a recipe alternative it is disappointing. We went to over 4 different starbucks during our vacation and none of them were completely prepared.
