Saw this place multiple times whenever I drive by from work. Always wanted to come but was a bit hesitant because I've never use a self serve car wash before but then I went there on Thursday so happy I did!!! Really bang for your bucks! they have everything you needed. The only thing I brought with me was towels to get my car extra dry but other that literally they have everything to get your car clean and shine. I feel better cleaning my car myself then go through a drive-thru car wash where they can damage your car and way too expensive. The token machine is extremely easy to use :) the washing area is spacious and clean. I'll definitely come back again! Highly recommended this place.

My car wash of choice for 20+ years. Located on the corner of Antelope and Auburn they offer a great self service location. Location uses a token system but you won't mind because would will keep coming back. Vacuums, multiple wash solutions, a brush and a drying blower are available as well as a vending machine with the usual car wash impulse buys, air fresheners and Interior wipes. Location does ask that heavily soiled vehicle not be cleaned there( ie: completely mudded up).

I didn't realize it then, but should have, that the woman that helped us our first time was the owner. Super friendly, helpful and obviously cares about the customers and how this business is ran. Easy to get tokens using credit card ( business absorbs the fee) or cash. Many different car wash phases to get thorough wash. The place is clean, equipment easy to use. Definitely should read the signage in the washing stall before starting first time. Next time I'm going to try the wax, too! So much easier than washing the car at home and no damage risk going through a drive through wash.

We used to take quarters, but in 2014 we had thieves breaking into our machines and stealing quarters, so we made a big switch over to $1 tokens. You can purchase the tokens from the cash machine station using paper currency, or your debit / credit card - and I don't charge a credit card fee! :). The $1 tokens can be used on everything (wash bays, vacuum and purchase vending).
Yes, our facility provides all the cleaning chemicals you need to gently clean your vehicle! We provide Tire Cleaner, Pre-Soak, High-pressure Soap, Foaming Soap (from hogs-hair brush), Wax and Air Dryer. The price is $2 for 3.5 minutes, and you turn the dial on the coin box meter to make your selection. Hi Kevin, have you been to Citrus Heights Car Wash? According to Google and Yelp I have 4.3 stars and reported as the "best self-service car wash in the Sacramento area!" Before 2015 we used to accept quarters, but thieves were breaking into my machines stealing them. The tokens were a much smarter decision, as it stopped the vandalism and enabled me to add the credit card reader (I absorb the 25-50 cents credit card fee). You get what you pay for at car washes, and the cheapest is NOT always the best! My car wash is clean, well-lit and well-maintained. I provide the highest quality cleaning chemicals, gentle hogs-hair soap brushes and spot-free high-pressure. Give us a try!
Great question Sky! The cleaning chemicals I use in the Carpet Shampooer produce a dry-foam - NOT a liquid, so you can use the vacuums to remove any foam or debris. If you prefer to dry your mats more, my customers have found that my NEW Air Dryers (found in each wash bay) do a GREAT JOB too!
Since we're a self-service car wash, and not on-site every day, its difficult for us to offer a membership loyalty reward program. I don't want to be responsible for storing your credit card data, email address,or license plate #. I prefer to keep my business model simple... Provide the best car wash equipment, with high quality chemicals at a low, every day price!
