It was my first time in here and I loved it.. the waitress was so nice and sweet, Frederick the manager is awesome, very polite and helpful, he noticed it was my birthday and he brought a piece of cake for me and the whole crew sang HB for me.. I’ll definitely come back

I had not visited the black forest for more than 4 years and when I returned it was a disappointment, first the waitress treated us badly there were no cutlery, there were no napkins at her time, we asked for a fried cheese and it arrived when I had finished eating, the tip was included being a bad service on the part of the waitress DIANY, who by the way had a table next to ours and they were acquainted with her and she attended them better and faster than us. Terrible service with no desire to never return and the Burnt taste food. A barbecue by the way.
