Mattress Firm salesman Mr. Chandresh was an exceptional salesman as he walked us through the entire sleep cycle and explained the unique intricacies of how a specific mattress supports a person, providing the best sleeping experience. He assigned my husband and I each a pillow to use with each mattress we tested. No better “sleep expert” could have served us. He definitely earned these 5 stars!

My wife and I started our search for a new mattress at the Mattress Firm store in Kingstowne. We were not looking forward to a day of shopping for a mattress but our experience had been that it was a long haul to find the right one. Keith introduced himself and asked us several questions about our sleeping patterns. He then showed us two mattresses which we proceeded to lie on for 10 to 15 minutes. We liked both but kept coming back to a particular model. We expanded our search to some additional models but decided we liked the Stearns & Foster Estate Rockwell best. Our expected day long search was over in 90 minutes and we thanked Keith for his help and knowledge about each mattress.
