The worst airline I have ever flown on. One way from FLL to Philadelphia they charged me $79 for a carry-on bag because half of the wheels didn't fit in the El Cajon they have to measure which one they charge and which one they don't. They don't even give you water on the plane. A bottle of water they charge $3.5. On the way back a delay of 3 and a half hours, they did not even offer an apology. Terrible company. Do yourself a favor and travel with another company

The worst Airline ever! All the fees they add on once make the flight more expensive than just going with another airline. United charged &171 dollars to San Francisco. but on my way back spirit charged me $429 plus $70 for a 43 pounds luggage, For that price add up i could have received first class on other airlines with better service. if one day i have a health emergency, and spirit is the only airline available, i would rather die than fly again on this airline,

If I could give them a minus 10 rating I would. Cancelling flights with rescheduling in 5 !!!! days ( monday flight cancelled rebooked on friday same week), 50 min on hold to speak to a live rep, were not offered refund, just flight in 5 days) , all customer service counters in FLL airport closed, a crowd of angry people experiencing the same. Worse than comcast. Absolute pits
