They close the gate at sunset. And I don't know if they tow you away but I know for sure you get locked in. The city goes there and close the gate

It's on the right side of the bathrooms.. Theres one parking spot there that barley looks like a spot where u pull up into and theres a hose there on ur left when ur pulled in. Hope I explained it good enough.
