I had been several times and had no complaints when they first opened. My last visit I noticed I had a new dentist and was refused treatment as I have high blood pressure which I take medication for but anxiety does trigger it. I was in pain and felt like I didn’t matter. They had no problem taking my money before but suddenly I need medical clearance to return?? I found a new dentist!!!

As a new patient I was treated incredibly rude on the phone by an employee. My cleaning appointment had been changed 3 times due to "scheduling issues". While it may not represent the integrity of the dentists, it's unacceptable to treat patients impolitely. Do not recommend

My most recent experiences have been horrible. The customer service is inadequate. I did not feel good about a dental exam provided to my teenage daughter and after seeking a second opinion I was extremely glad I did not go with the recommendations of this office. They were preparing to fill 5 cavities with little explanation. After having her seen by another office, only 1 filling was needed and it was actually having to correct the 1 filling that was previously done at this O2 dental office. I had already made a deposit and appointment for my daughter’s care before seeking another opinion. Once she was seen by another office I requested a refund of O2 Dental, submitting the required form. That was April 14th. After calls to this office and emails I have yet to receive the refund 2 months later. Not once has anyone proactively called me to provide me with any updates regarding my refund (even after being told I would receive a call back). I have been told that the accounts payable office is not in their office and that they have emailed them and will give them a call. The manager I spoke with referred to my refund as “stuff” and after I asked what else could be done, only repeated her initial reasoning… “As I said…,like I said…”. I recommend better customer service training for who you have hired as management. I also recommend your staff providing dental services do a much better job with explaining care and recommendations. And most importantly, I am very disappointed that the recommendations given to have 5 cavities filled turned out to be on the extreme end. Taking away so much of her enamel at a young age would not have been a wise choice. Please do better and also provide my warranted refund.

Just wanted to post my experiences with o2. My anxiety is at its height when I’m the patient and with that being said, they made me feel at ease and was gentle while working on me. Thank you. I highly recommend anyone that has doubts or feeling anxiety. Great staff.
