Papa John's is my favorite pizza chain. Most of the time the pizza is great. But I've been disappointed twice with bad pizza. They need to work on their consistency...I know it's nearly impossible to get everyone on the same page...but I bought 5 large pizzas for Christmas Eve, all undercooked. I don't like leaving a bad remark. Sorry.

Food is always great. The manager was very rude when I requested curbside pickup. They were sarcastic about taking my suggestions about not being rude. When I asked for a corporate feedback number due to this the “manager” hung up on me.

Yes. Although I have had the occasional not enough sauce and dough rises to much pizza from here. Best chain pizza in town.
