Get technical support for your business so you don’t lose good customers because the secretary repeats herself and hangs up on you. Rude. I wanted to talk to the plumber and she said the plumber doesn’t talk to customers. Wow. Bad customer service because of a secretary that’s not properly trained. I was looking for a new system not to talk about my old system. The website has a lot of information and I wanted to ask the plumber for the best recommendation. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but hanging up on a customer because you can’t answer technical questions, it’s just not acceptable.

We have technicians which service whole home water systems after installation. Although regular monthly service is not required, we want our customers to know that we are here to help in case any assistance is required.
Our showroom is not open on the weekend, but we provide our services to customers on the weekend if needed, by appointment.
Absolutely! Homes on private wells must have water systems to remove not only sediment but other contaminants as well, such as iron (which produces rust stains), sulphur (which produces the rotten egg smell), and many others. Every well is different and every issue will be addressed accordingly.
