Extremely poor service. Really disappointed in how I was treated on the phone. Also disappointed in this office's protocols. I'm in pain, and you're telling me I have to wait nearly two months to be seen?! And that's after someone reviews my chart to make sure I "qualify" as a patient. Why don't you call my doctor who referred me to you??

5 Stars The Pain Management Ship That Under The Management By Dr. David Walega -Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Brown + Her predecessor Is Jihan Clay An Excellent,'Compassionate Listener/Group That Takes the Time To Understand My Complex Disabilities & Keep Continuing My Daily Pain Bearable- Still Can't String 2 Days Of "Breakthrough Pain", The Pain sometimes is so Bad that I'm weeping OR I Wake-Up After The Ice Pack Turns Warm & Have "Good" Days, But Bad Days; more often. Not Giving -Up. Plenty Of HOPE Provided to The Thousands Of Patients Northwestern Chicago
