I needed a car on short notice during a holiday weekend. The call center gave me a reservation at the nearest location. I was called soon after by an agent at the location and told there actually were no cars available. I called the center a second time and made a reservation, but the agent at the second location called and told me that the reservation pick up time would be after they closed early for the holiday. I called the center a third time, and they made a reservation for me out at the airport. Given my previous experience, I inquired about vehicle availability and was told the airport had plenty of cars. When I arrived at the airport, I was told by the agent that the lot had cars, but they were all already reserved. Enterprise, you need to get your reservation and inventory system in order. Your employees were friendly, helpful, and apologetic, but Sheesh!

Worst management ever. Very rude behavior and they don't even know how to help or atleast provide number of concerned person. Asked us to go to other airport. No respect for customers at all. Didn't even deserve one star.

Friendly service, cars were too far away from the airport. No shuttle service. I use a walker and it was a difficult walk to get the car

You should be able to rent a one way rental with Enterprise. Go online to their website and put in pickup location and destination location, choose where you want to return to... Just keep in mind that the airport locations do not accept a debit card for rental, you have to rent with a major cc. This rental would also depend upon their availability, so hopefully this is an advance booking you are looking at. Hope that helps. Have a great day!
