The young guy behind the counter seemed like he would rather be pulling his hair out one at a time, then be at work, but who could blame him. You're going fishing, and he's stuck at work, lol. Got my brand new reel spooled and used it twice…. Then the line started slipping.. I hooked into a huge snook and my line just kept going. Ended up cutting the line, took my reel to get serviced and they dated that the person that spoiled my line never added any backing, and didn’t attach the line correctly, so they had to despool it. Honestly love this shop but this was a huge inconvenience or me and waste of money… after calling and stating my inconvenience, the staff could do nothing to help and offered no further service. 👎🏾 *Update* Will be calling in tomorrow to talk about this….This is the second time in a row I’ve had a problem here… bought 1 $6 bucktail jig and 1 of the cheapest 5$ silver spoon and 2 sodas… I paid with $30 and got back $8…. How was 2 of the cheapest lures in the shop and a soda $22
