The employees had a very welcoming personality. When you have that kind of atmosphere in a fast food establishment you don't mind going back or spreading the news on how good they treated you.

Last visit to Wendy was absolutely disgusting..the fries were old and cold the hamburger was bloody and sour.. the coke was fine this is the second time I have wasted money on a quick weekend meal.. both. Had to be thrown away..I called ask for the Manager they laughed and said they didn’t have one…I believe that..until the Cincinnati Dayton RD Wendy please avoid for your personal safety..

The cashier Vicky is delightful! My husband and I came in to eat one afternoon to use a few coupons. We ordered two Baconators, two large fries, two drinks, and Spicy Nuggets with some sauces on the side. Vicky made sure to ring-in everything correctly with our discounts. While there were no guests in line, she kept herself busy the entire time by cleaning and wiping things down. She was even going around the restaurant checking on each guest, making sure their food tasted good! Like in a real sit-down restaurant.
