We had an amazing experience with True Tree Service. From the first phone call, the crew came out very promptly to check our site and provide an estimate. The crew came exactly as scheduled, and did a great job with tree removal and pruning. Nick and his crew were courteous, professional, and left the site cleaner than they found out. I would definitely use them again, and would strongly recommend them.

Repeat Customer Review: True Tree Service & its team has been great to work with. This is the second time we contract the company to help us trim and prune trees around our home. After the first time they trimmed/prunned our avocado tree (approx 2 years ago), our tree grew out so beautiful. The second time around we sought the help of the company to help us control the avo tree plus two other trees, due to growth in width and height, & for hurricane season prep. Once again, the company sent out arborists to trim the trees to help them grow out healthy & give us a beautiful aesthetic trim for each tree. The team cleaned up every last leaf/twig and left our house probably cleaner than what it was. We will definitely continue to contract them. We love that this company has arborists on staff & thanks to their knowledge, we've been able to make informed decisions based on arboriculture + our personal needs. Contract this company if these are a priority for you: impeccable customer service, great work, trained staff & timeliness. Thank you, True Tree Service. FANTASTIC, 4 ½ STARS OUT OF 5. THESE FOLKS ARE NOT JUST TREE TRIMMERS. THEY ARE SCHOOLED IN THE CORRECT & CARFUL WAY TO TREAT YOUR TREES. THEY DID WHAT I CONSIDERED A BIG JOB OF REMOVING SOME LARGE OAK LIMBS FROM MY HOME ROOF & GARAGE. THE CRANE THEY USED TO SAFELY REMOVE THEM FROM OVER MY ROOF WITH NO MISHAPS, WEIGHED THE FIRST LIMB IN AT 3000 POUNDS! MY OAK STILL APPEARS VERY HEALTHY DUE TO THE WAY IT WAS CUT, BUT NO LONGER ARE THERE HUGE LIMBS LINGERING OVER MY ROOF HAD A HURRICANE EVER CAUSED THE LIMBS TO FALL ON MY ROOF IT WOULD HAVE TOTALLY DESTROYED MY HOME. THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS IN AN OCEAN OF AMATEURS.
