Seriously it's not that bad. The management is friendly and helps where they can. There are not many places in lincoln that accept larger dogs but this place does and the prices may be a little high but overall pricing in lincoln for rentals and what you get I think this place is a good choice. Hallways smell like pot? Tell them to please smoke outside no one really cares anymore unless it affects your own living space and inside commen areas..if they dont then report it and let management take care of it. Maintenance takes a little long on some things but they are friendly and polite. P.S. I've lived here almost 10 years.

People need to know it's getting safer and better here, it feels like a honey place.

I’ve lived at the lodge for over a year now. Compared to other apartments around, their price is very reasonable and the fact that they accept almost all pets is rare to find nowadays. You have to keep this in mind when leaving a review! No, not everything is perfect but I have been happy. They really seemed to want to have me here when I applied and worked with me to make it happen. They have always fixed any maintenance requests the next day. Whenever I visit the office, they are super friendly and helpful. •A couple things I could suggest: The shared laundry rooms and the hallways are pretty gross. I’ve had to clean them myself. If they could have regular cleaning, I think that would help tremendously. •more parking!!! Otherwise, I have been very happy with my stay, it’s hard to find a decent priced pet friendly apartment that is in a good neighborhood. Thank you!

Hazards everywhere. Mold, leaks, terrible ice and snow removal, cockroaches galore. Maintenance was sent into my home without notice while I wasn’t home- puppy was traumatized and I’m still dealing with the fallout. Water was coming through the foundation behind an outlet; the whole wall needs to be demolished and yet I was still charged nigh $200 for cleaning fees upon moving out (to be clear I did clean it thoroughly). A whole colony of cockroaches living in my stove wasn’t enough to warrant replacement. This complex is dangerous and management doesn’t care about breaking the law, so avoid it at all costs. If you have no choice but to live there like me, I’m sorry. Edit: I put in multiple calls related to water damage- in all situations nothing was done to mitigate or prevent damage, and it was days before someone was sent to remove the water. Don’t believe the lies.

Various on income and what you're looking for. The most expensive 2 bedroom is around 800 to 820. They did update their website. That's very helpful as well.
Hi Lexi! We don't have a weight limit for dogs, but we do have breed restrictions. You can call or text (402) 389-3772 and our community managers would love to answer all your questions.
Yes everything is back open
Hello Christopher! The pool has been closed for the year. Thank you!
It is around 350 depending on if you get one with a balcony or not
No only two
Well it is a large apartment complex but for the most part Tennant's are fairly respectful of each other
