I've dealt with John many times re: typical FFl transfers. This last go-round really demonstrates John is of the highest caliber professional. I ordered and recvd a gun from Guns.com (dont ever order from them...nightmare!!!) John recvd the package and upon inspection noticed the gun was damaged. Long story short, John helped facilitate a return with a vendor that was very difficult to work with and was professional all along the journey.
