This place really did save my life. I might of been hard headed, stubborn, and hard to deal with. But in a month will be my one year. Truly loved all the interns there.

I've been to many detoxes and drug treatment centers. The facility itself and the techs are pretty great, but even with that considered I can't leave any more than 1 star. During my stay 2 clients were able to get drugs into the facility, a male and female were caught in the shower together and a client used racial slurs verbally insulting a very nice man. I had a terrible therapist named Amanda and an even worse case manager Crista. I even brought my issue calmly to the Clinical Director Juan and he took the side of his clinical staff. Over the course of 20 days I didn't have even 1 full session with my therapist. My case manager ended up sending me to the PHP program that my therapist insisted she would not let me go. So now I am stuck in a PHP that isn't providing me with the therapy and groups I need. These are supposed to be the people helping you the most in the beginning of recovery. I'm extremely disappointed in Banyan. I recommend you take yourself or your loved one to another place for treatment.
