It was wonderful the pool and pool house was and is great quite clean the people that i met with there the people I ran into were all nice and helpful and home welcoming think you guys do much😁😁😁

It's well worth it, the neighborhood is beautiful, close to the water without having to pay the price!

If you live or have lived in this community, I'd like to know how stringent the HOA rules are. Not being a fan of HOAs, I have some reservations about them but I'm willing to keep an open mind. The reason for this query is we were shown a house here
