I will absolutely never be returning to this location ever again. I understand when businesses are busy, things might get slow. But McDonald’s would have been way faster. I live out of town and was around the area and decided to get Panera for dinner. We ordered our food around 7:20 and didn’t get it until about 7:53. Given the amount of time they had to make it, my order was wrong. And instead of bread they gave us chips, which I paid for bread just for them to throw a bag of chips on there. I mean come on, how long does it really take to scoop up some Mac and cheese into a bowl and throw a bag of chips on the plate. Definitely not worth 30 minutes of waiting. We asked for a refund, and when the manager asked what we had, she mocked us and said “that’s it? I’ll just remake it”. Neither of us wanted to eat anymore. It took about 20 more minutes to bring out the new food (that we didn’t want), and when asked for a to-go box, she went to get one and never came back with one. It was ridiculous. The manager was very rude and sarcastic with us, not a very good experience.

We ordered curb side on a Thursday night at 645pm. Our order consisted of two Napa chicken salad sandwiches with extra chicken salad and two bags of chips, which the website noted as free (they were very small bags). The extra chicken appeared to be two thin strips of chicken. There were more tomatoes than chicken salad. $28 and some change for a very disappointing couple of sandwiches. Wish we had taken a picture, but didn’t think about it as we were at the end of a very stressful day. Will think twice before ordering from Panera again.

I stop at Panera Bread/St. Louis Bread Company on a regular basis while traveling as I can get some work done while having a decent meal, so my reviews are always based on the view from a business traveler. So take that into consideration when reading my review. This location is fairly easy to get to in a pretty busy part of town. There is ample free parking, though. This is a nice, newer facility, at least in September of 2022. I have seen this exact restaurant floor plan before and I like it. This location had four working self-service kiosks for order entry and self-service cups available upon order, which I have come to really appreciate. For business travelers, there is ample seating in a large, open area. Very good number of wall outlets for plugging in electronics, at least around the perimeter of the location, all of which are at large tables. I did not try the WiFi in this location so I cannot comment on that. Overall this was a good location.

I love Panera bread. It will be worth it if you were to get the membership card
