I have never been to the one in Knightdale, Garner location is closer, I really like and appreciate tbe staff at Garner location. Lindsey, instructor is fanatastic, she and Mr. Maddox are very helpful. Wonderful people, looking forward to the pool opening back up. At some point & time they all have to close to get maintance. The perks of life & getting great help to reach my goals. Thank You!

This facility specializes in Physical Therapy, Exercise, Nutrition, etc. I am not aware of any pain management assistance.
No after hours access
6:00-7:45 pm. There's no cost per child as long as the parent is a member.
I cannot remember exactly what we paid but there is a single rate as well as a family rate. There is an additional amount for each additional family member. Well worth the money - lots of well maintained machines, lots of different and interesting fitness classes for all levels of fitness.
