Terrible customer service today. I had an encounter with a rude staff at the Food Court named, Elena. Suggestion; if you don't like your job then maybe you should look for another one. She has a nasty attitude, and a lack of respect for customers. The wait time is ridiculous. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait and it turned into an hour.
