FANTASTIC experience! I took my 79 year old grandmother… she lost her husband of 60 years in June and she told me she wanted to parasail and cheer up SO WE DID! And it was hard for her to get on the yellow boat to go out but the staff helped and they helped her get on the boat. She’s in pretty good shape but still tough. Caleb and Brandon on the boat were fantastic! Highly recommend this place!! Would go there again!!

Booked parasailing, showed up a few days later for it. Found a closed booth with a sign saying they were shut down for the day due to weather. Didn't get a call, text, or email. Contact attempts have been ignored as I try to get my money back. Even got the nice email from them thanking me for using their services. Are they not aware that my appointment never even happened? Really bad form. Happy to amend my review if I ever hear anything back.. Edit: Owner response came approximately 7 months after I left my review, as can be seen below. My attempts to contact have once again been ignored!

This is the third time I have been to the beach and went to Downwind Sails. It is always a great experience! They are always top notch! Brandon & Alex were awesome yesterday. We will certainly be back to see you again!
