IQ Prototype

So I looked at the reviews and maybe at one point in time the conditions was as they said they were but when I went into the restaurant on 06/062022 I'd seen something completely different. My excellent server Michelle greeted me in the mist of servicing multiple tables. Restaurant was clean including the bathroom (normally with short staffed facilities something is missed but they are on top of their duties), all of the other guests were attended in a timely fashion, and the quality of the food was hot and delicious. Michelle was respectful, engaged in conversation, maintained cleanliness, and to be honest should be leading that establishment based off her impressive efforts. If you hesitated to go in because of the reviews find Michelle and she'll take care of you just like I was. I hope the Dennys franchise takes good care of her!

I was excited to try this place because when I was a little kid my grandmother would take me here and I loved it. Today 5/1/2022 my fiance and I walked in at 11:15 we were sat immediately and the waitress Vicky was nice however we ordered an appetizer (mozzarella sticks) they came to the table about 35 minutes after ordering and they were cold. We didnt say anything since they were a little busy and I understand short staffed. Vicky came to the table about an hour after we had placed our food order and told us we were the second on the line to have our food cooked. AN HOUR our food wasn't even cooked yet. I went to the counter and paid for our drinks and the mozzarella sticks (even though they were cold) and we left. We wont be coming back. Anyone who is thinking about trying this place I wouldn't recommend it. I watched a couple who had been sitting waiting on their pickup and they were there longer than we were and they finally got their food when we were walking out. That's unacceptable. The owner or manager should be back there cooking and helping the staff to get the food out! If I could give zero stars I would.

I use to attend here back in the day after the club or just for a late night eats with my brother. Recently coming back here is even better than it was back then. Outstanding menu, outstanding cooks, outstanding customer service, just an all around great environment that made me want to come back as many times allowed especially now that they are open at night as long as they are covered you can eat in or have to take it out like at the waffle house when they are short on staff. No complaints, no regrets and a spot to put on repeat visits!

The staffs are friendly but the restaurant is dirty. I'm not talking little mess here and there after guests leave, I mean dirty. I had 2 reasons why I lost my appetite. 1, dirty and 2, my food was a Disaster. My burger tasted very very oily and wet. The patty was really small compared to bun size. I don't remember the last time I had this bad of a food before. Disgusting to say at least but I was starving from working construction all day and my hunger overruled my normal " I gotta get the heck out of here" voice. I did mention the staff was nice, Especially my waitress.
