I ,loved taking my grand children to this park,it's a Beautiful place to enjoy family fun day and have quality time together.

Park has great potential to be a great place but a community problem with kids and other young adults littering in and around the park and Gazebos and using very foul language. People love to walk their dogs, people using the BBQ pits and Gazebos for events, children use the water splash pads and try to have a good time. Would love others to respect and regard the children and others in the park who want to do the same.

Very calming. Near the City Zoo. There is a basketball court, tennis court, and picnic area. The park has a extremely kid friendly play area. There is adequate mulch for kid falls.

Park is right outside the Norfolk Zoo. Decent size parking lot. Plenty of equipment and swings!! BIG tall swings!! Like adults can swing too!! If it's not busy of course! Also has sidewalk all the way around, a disc golf course and basketball courts. ONLY reason for 4 stars is that the city doesn't unlock the bathrooms very often (even before Covid) so if you need to go you have to head down the road to McDonalds or go home.
