***8/5/22 UPDATE*** Met the top official of the NC Seafood Festival; Virginia Yapp and she was very professional and accommodating. We were so glad to have stopped in to purchase some merchandise. Now I know about Sassea! 🐟🐠🐬

Free parking and shuttle Where can I park? STATE PORT- FREE parking is offered at the NC State Port, 113 Arendell Street, Morehead City, with a free shuttle Saturday & Sunday ONLY to and from the Festival grounds. The shuttle leaves from the state port and carries attendees to 4th Street. The shuttle runs Saturday from 9 AM– Midnight and Sunday from 10 AM– 7 PM.
Today the rides have pay by arm band. Last chance to go dont miss out. There are several rides for young children and even more for the adventurous 54"and above!
Sunday, October 6th - 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
It ends Sunday
Didn't see shuttle, but lots of lots for paid$$ parking.
Multiple bands are. Go to ncseafood.org to see a list.
On the street is free but pay 5 to 10 dollars in designated lots
Lisa, the main stage this year will be at Jaycee Park in Morehead City. This is on Shepard Street between 9th and 8th Streets, facing the floating docks. It is right in front of Bask Hotel. The fireworks will start at 9:00 pm on Saturday night on Sugarloaf Island which is directly across the waterfront from the floating docks. Hope this helps. This will be my last seafood festival. I am retiring at the end of this year. 😀
Free entrance
There really aren't any. However, paid parking is abundant.
If it is back open, The Bask is in downtown right at it. If not, there is a bed and breakfast on the corner of Bridges and 24th street. Or the Hampton Inn on Arendell behind the Taco Bell.
Ferry from cedar island is closest, but might not be open to non-residets yet, because of Dorian.
Postponed...First weekend of November is possible reschedule time as of now.
I would doubt they would still have it but the best thing to do is check their website.
Thru Sunday 5 pm
