I think this site is easy to transition through, and very informative. Well done DAV... Chaplain Byron Keith Fite

Too small out of reach for the veterans to get to, no public transportation.

As stated before, I am one of the Department Officers. I spent at least one day a week at the office, sometimes more.

Great people at this location. This is the State Headquarters for the DAV. They are not able to do somethings like Veterans Claims (no staff for that) but they are more than willing to help and make referrals to the right people.

DAV does provide free transportation from our locations to the VA Medical Centers. This service is provided by unpaid volunteer drivers in federal government vehicles from the VA Medical Centers. You will need to contact the DAV location nearest you to find out the specifics of their transportation program. Thanks for the question! -DrJGR
