Worst experience ever. The line was flowing great took about 30 minutes to get too a window. That's when my issue begin. Met the first lady (Ashley ) at the first window and addressed my issue's since I moved from Texas to NC. She then sent me to the End window when I noticed the window was closed, but there was a lady standing behind it. I addressed my concerns then she asked me who sent you. I told her politely then she yelled across at Ashley to ask her why she sent me. Then she preceded to tell me to get in the Line. I responded why I was just in the line, but was sent here. Either way the outcome will be the same. I'm coming back to you. Then she said to move behind the Stop Sign. At this point I was embarrassed, frustrated, and confused. I could assume the lady was bias because of my race. So I decided to leave. Really need to go back, but as a Vet being disrespected I can not tolerate. Please conduct formal training with employees.

Nothing special about this place. I paid my vehicle tax, got my sticker and was on my way. I have no choice but to come back next year so....🤷🏾‍♂️
