I ordered a combo meal. Instead of a drink I got a frosty. The drive-thru attendant ask me did I want chocolate or strawberry, I said chocolate. I paid for my food, said thank you to the not so friendly cashier, and drove off. I got home, ate my food, the burger and fries were good, frosty was good until I reached the bottom. The bottom was filled with strawberry (unbelievable). I was like, "why is strawberry n the bottom and I specifically asked for chocolate". The only thing that made since to me was they started filling the cup with strawberry and remembered I said chocolate and didn't want to get another cup and decided to put the chocolate over the strawberry in hopes of hiding it. Four things I thought immediately and they should have thought of as well. 1: I the customer asked for chocolate and that's what I should have received. 2. What if I was allergic to strawberry. 3. What if I had an allergic reaction from it. 4. Why couldn't I had just gotten what I paid and asked for. I know they're busy with so many orders from the drive thru, but sometimes I feel that some workers (not all) feels that it's okay to make a mistake and not correct it because most people won't go all the back to return it anyway. Everyone is on edge these days, because of the pandemic, inflation, gas etc. But remember small things matter too, especially when it can affect your health and life. Just be conscious of others. I'm not mad or upset, I love Wendy's and just wanted to make them aware.

Ms. Patrice, the Manager, represented a great team. Their enthusiasm and customer service throughout the whole transaction ( drive thru) was great. Although, my order was wrong 🤦🏾, the customer service was like old time customer service ( with young people on the team). I called to inform Ms. Patrice of this unfortunate mishap through a wonderful experience. Needless to say their energy continued. Ms. Patrice received my complaint, t offering her apologies, and resolved the issue. LEADERSHIP REFLECTS THEN💯 This is the Wendy's by Peninsula Towne Center.

Didn’t order but was picking up an order for DoorDash and there was a huge line, my boyfriend and me figured it was just one person inside with how long it’s been taking and feel sympathetic, after almost an hour we finally pick up the Order and the bags were lukewarm and there was 3 employees in the store, him and I both work in the food industry and we both agree that even though we work with different kind of food compared to Wendy’s, it shouldn’t take 3 people that long to be able to serve people. I do want to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was some kind of emergency inside since we don’t know what was going on, but wanted to give a heads up to anyone ordering late at night.

This unacceptable, I haven’t ate Wendy’s in 2 years because of mistakes after mistakes, I decided to try a jr bacon add onions lit mayo, no onions no lite mayo, I will never eat from Wendy’s anymore…
