The customer service/follow through of their salesman was terrible. Alex came out to look at our area, and he took measurements while here. He was here less than 30 minutes, and we have yet to receive a proposal from him. Since then, a rep from Eastern Shore Sunrooms came out, spent a good amount of time explaining the product, and we had a proposal within 2 days. Because of the product AND the rep's EXCELLENT customer service skills, we have contracted with them to do our project. You all need to spend some time training your sales reps on how to close their deals. Very disappointing experience!

What a fantastic company. Kati is the person who coordinated our project from start to finish. She is amazing. We were kept informed (without ever having to ask) and Kati assured that all work was completed promptly and to our satisfaction. If you are enclosing your porch, do not bother going anywhere else. I wish all businesses were this good!

The work ethic and skills of the crew are outstanding. Ray, the electrician, is one of the hardest working and caring electricians who I have even met - and I have met many. He works extremely hard and is obviously concerned about having his work performed at the highest level of quality while at the same time making sure that we, the customers, are satisfied. PJ and Aaron were also outstanding. Like Ray, their work ethic and skill level are superior to most people who I have had work on my houses over the years. Their attention to detail and producing a quality finished product are second to none. We feel very fortunate to have Ray, PJ, and Aaron work on our porch conversion. I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the excellent interactions that we had from Day 1 with Alex Torres. Because of Alex, I have felt extremely comfortable referring your company to my neighbors.
