Good food. Fast and friendly. Read many reviews saying they were rude. Not true they are blunt and to the point, which is a cultural thing. You will find this at most Chinese restaurants that are ran like a mom and pop type establishment.

First time I went there the food was amazing this is my second time the food is old and overcooked a little expensive for old and overcooked The vegetables were soft and mushy sweet and sour chicken looked like it's been sitting for a couple of hours or more and was extremely chewy The lo mein noodles were way overcooked To the point that I don't even want to eat it Jumbo's fried shrimp was amazing

Workman like meals, heavy on the salt and msg. What's not to like? Carrollton's best and only carry out Chinese. Try the shrimp toast for a particularly greasy treat.

I love Chinese food but I don’t cook it so well. As a result, if I eat Chinese I order out for it. I really like the food from Shanghai Restaurant in Carrollton. Their General Tso’s, Broccoli Beef, Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, etc. are really close in taste to my favorite restaurants from the city I moved from. I don’t eat pork and they are very accommodating substituting out the pork egg rolls and fried rice for vegetable options. My only knock against them is that they should provide a drink and some sauces for the egg rolls in their combination plates and lunch specials; that’s pretty standard from where I moved from. All and all, tasty food and reasonable prices. Support your local community and give them a try.
