My woman is a veteran had an appointment and she wanted me to come with and I couldn't and I had to sit in the cold and turn our car on to keep me warm when we don't have the money to be wasting gas.and we live all the way in escanaba. VA thinks everyone has money to waste but we don't. Poor accuse of a hospital

How do I go about filing a complaint against the NP providing or lacking to provide proper care for my husband? I have never seen such poor care in my life, and anything we say to this woman gets ignored or brushed to the side and never addressed!

Yes it is

my husband is 100% disable VA and we keep getting a bill for medical services he had over a year ago. I have sent it to Iron Mt, Rhinelander and the hospital that is billing him over and over and still not being taken care of why???? Who can help?
