Called to get a quote for installation of suspension including struts and springs in all 4 wheels of a 2012 GL550. The gentleman I spoke to was VERY rude. I would ask a question, he would get super defensive and tell me that he's been doing this for 61 years. That's neither here nor there. He couldn't quote me a price for the work although he said he had done numerous jobs like what I was inquiring about before. Come to think of it, if he's been doing this for 61 years and let's just say he started when he was 15, that would make him 76. I wouldn't trust a 76 year old mechanic anyway. Let alone trust him with a 100k vehicle the way he was treating a potential customer. I've never had any work performed here and will never. Tread carefully with this establishment.

Excellent service here! The owner is great and very well knowledgeable. He uses BMW Certified diagnostic software. There's no guessing games at this shop. Other shops cost customers lots of money because of not having the correct software. They troubleshoot part after part at your expense. This shop doesn't do that. Autohaus has the best staff whom are helpful. I highly recommend this place for all your BMW needs!
