The worst place ever. Can’t even go off base because they say they can see you on base but when you call they say there are no openings and to call every day to see if someone cancels. Who has time to call every day? I ve complained to Tricare and they gave me a number to Teresa Slater and she said to call if I couldn’t get an appointment. Well I called her back along with other people in her department and never got a call back. Ive has stomach pain issues for months now. Been to the ER multiples times. I was told I need a gastrointestinal dr which requires a referral and can’t get through. I got a text message I have an appointment today but I was told that was cancelled weeks ago via phone call. Just make sure to enroll on a insurance that you can go anywhere and pay out of pockets

i called this clinic about 20 times in one day to get a follow up done and nobody answers the phone. I think it’s ridiculous that you need to call someone that much and still get no response and have to go in just to do that.

I’ve never had a problem with family medicine. I even opted to be seen here during pregnancy instead of the OB. Anytime I was actually sick, they’ve always got me in.

The service is terrible
