Busy, there were 10 people or so waiting to get in. Short staffed. Food was okay. I probably won't be back.

when the Hong Kong was where the Powderhorn is, There was a little coffee shop called Carson's Cafe, which is now the Hong Kong. it has been expanded twice.

Yes, they are closed a couple days because of staff shortage and the hours are less....but had lunch in yesterday july 14 2021

Has Hong Kong been sold in the last year. The food is different. The salad dressing has too much vinegar in it. There's was the best before. Even the chicken chow mein is not the same. Wish they cook they way they use to.
