Love this store, recently too my family there and grand daughters, everyone found shoes, clean store and great pricing. My wife needed to use the restroom and they kindly allowed her to. Good selection, and donated a few shoe dept bags for a fund raising event.

was shopping at the SHOE DEPT next to ulta beauty in KALISPELL MT. I needed to use the ladies room,there are no signs posted NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS , so I found a door that led to the back that had men and women restrooms and I went in. one of the employees came and loudly knocked on the door when I was using the restroom she said "ma'am this is not for public use "I quickly apologized that I didn't realize and I would be out in a minute. I did not want to ruin our shopping trip with our daughter, so I did not go up to the counter and make a fuss about the lack of posted NO PUBLIC RESTROOM SIGNS however I did spend $100 in the store, just so my husband and daughter could enjoy their day to the fullest. I will be telling each and every person that will listen to me ,not to use the shoe department as a cheaper store to get shoes not only because of the restrooms but because not one person( and there were four giggling girls at the check out) came to ask us if we needed any assistance. this is not a good store to shop at .the prices were not that cheap and I will not spend another minute or dollar in that store, I hope you will demand the type of customer service that you deserve and spend your money elsewhere.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
