The bus drivers are all super friendly, and a couple times I didn't have my bus pass and had to get to school they allowed me to ride free

Download the HTA app and pay attention to where the end of the line for each bus is. It can be confusing. For sure there are less busses running on Saturday. Riding the bus will take a lot longer on Saturday. Always look at the Headsign on the bus. It must be Scotia/southbound. You can use the Southern Humboldt Extension on Saturday to get to Davis st offramp.
Catch Red route at Cypress/Walnut @ 34 after the hour and transfer @ 4th/ H st Southbound RTS at top of the hour.
