I’ve gotten vape pens before and I know sometimes they get blocked and you have to pull hard. I got a pen over $50 dollars and it was clogged so much and I only had it for a day. I called and asked if I can exchange the pen for another one I’ve had before and it was about $15 cheaper, I didn’t even care about getting that back I just wanted something I could actually use. But the person in charge would only allow 50% off another product after I already spent my money. The cartridge is almost full by the way.

Be warned. This story has a distinct lack of customer service. The few times I've been there they were beyond rude, and dismissive. They have a huge selection of products but their prices are outrageous. The last time I went in to this store, I was all together ignored for quite a quite, despite being the only customer in the store. When the clerk finally came out to help me, he had an attitude like he couldn't be bothered to make a sale and do his job. I took my business elsewhere, and highly encourage you to do the same.
