Poor customer service, food is good sometimes but not consistent. Ordered sticky rice and it was dry and very gummy. Prices are too high and they need to update their website to reflect their actual prices. Website prices are lower than what they actually charge when you when placing order. They need to get rid of nor refund nor exchange policy. They tie the bag up when you pick up the order. Their way of discouraging you to check order. If you find out that it’s wrong when you make it all the way across town, you. Just wasted your money. Warning: please check your order before paying for it and definitely before leaving out of the restaurant. For me : lesson learned. They stick you with the no refund or exchange policy. Definitely reporting to the BBB.
