The one time my order went well, the poke was just alright. Tried it again a second time and they forgot one of my ordered items. Went back to the cash register to ask them to make it and they kept ignoring me. Wouldn't even look at me. When I finally got their attention, they threw the item in the back of the order queue. 20 minutes later, I had my last item, meanwhile my poke crept up to room temperature. Gross experience. Went to a second location and had a different set of problems. I'm done with this place. There is better poke to be had elsewhere anyway.

No spoons for months and never did they actually cared to get any, how are you going to sell soups and no spoons!? How I’m I suppose to enjoy my food, I had to take it home, and the rice got soggy. Disgusting. I came back a couple of times and they said they would get spoons but never did actually they still don’t have spoons. Now, I either have to bring my own or not order soups. Not the greatest options when you’re on the go.
