Walked in. Asked for a basic education on chain saws. Told them my use. Pointed me at a few models, explained differences in models. Gave fair pricing. Found a few more yard items I'll need come spring. Picked the saw up. They fired it up, basic overview, filed my warranty, and got me going in no time. I'll be back!
