My fiancé has Celiac's and Defloured made our cake and some desserts for our wedding on 9/17/22. Everything was so good! I also have a dairy allergy so it was great to get a cake that could meet both of our needs and didn't break the bank. We also make it a point to go here when we're in Chicago because everything is so good and they have so many options, which if you have Celiacs you know the struggle of rarely getting a good dessert. 10/10 recommend!

I've had so many of their delicious baked goods. I also had my wedding cake made here. It's nice to be able to go to a bakery and not have to wonder if any cross-contamination happened. I love the Spritz cookies, (although they didn't have any my last 2 visits 😔) dream bar and butter bars, and really anything! I drive close to an hour to get my treats and it's totally worth my trip every time!

This is an unexplored niche. I'm tempted to open a keto bakery! Also, gluten is a protein, so you can eat gluten on keto, just not the rest of the wheat grain. Gluten free and keto have nothing to do with each other!
I don't recall if we did or didn't see cheesecake when we were there a week ago. Incredible selection however.
